Solar trackers (solar tracking mounts) are photovoltaic devices that can automatically change the angle of the panels according to the height of the sun from sunrise to sunset. They are becoming mainstream worldwide as they can generate significantly more electricity than conventional fixed mounts.
On the other hand, trackers have a structure where the panels tend to flex, and the same cleaning methods used for conventional fixed mounts cannot avoid damaging the panels. Is it possible to clean the panels without damaging them? This is how the development of Type 4 began.
Panel manufacturer certification
After 30 years of accelerated testing by a third-party organisation in Germany, it was confirmed that the product has no effect on solar panels. The high quality of the product has been recognised and the panel manufacturer has been certified.
Compatible with single-axis trackers
The mechanism is designed to reduce the load on panels that are prone to deflection. The panel can be cleaned without damaging it.
No initial installation costs required
Unlike installed cleaning systems, no initial installation work is required. The total initial cost is low and the system can be easily installed. The equipment weighs 36 kg and can be installed by two workers.
Specialised in desert environments
Uses dry cleaning with brushes. The cleaning process does not use any water, a precious resource in the desert.
